Warranty Policy
General Information
Major Craft prides itself with developing the finest rods utilizing the latest technologies and components. All rods are covered by a 1 year warranty. Retailers must provide customers with receipts for proof of purchase. Original owner of rod must provide receipts as evidence of purchase for warranty. Original owners are required to register their purchase on Major Craft America Registration Warranty. Original orders are to register their information on our website within 30 days of purchase and submit the designated warranty form when product is broken.

Shipping coverage will only be provided for products deems with manufacturer defects.
If the damage to the rod is found to be ineligible for warranty coverage (due to accidental damage, user error, improper care, or wear and tear), a replacement rod will be offered at a discounted price. The customer will receive an estimate outlining the cost of the replacement and must make payment to Major Craft before the replacement rod is shipped.
A flat rate $20 shipping and handling fee will be applied.
1st Year – Manufacturer Warranty
Major Craft offers a one-year unlimited manufacturer warranty for the first year of ownership of rod. Original owners only.
2nd Year & 3rd Year – Limited Warranty
Original owners may still warranty their product in the second year and third year, provided that the original owner pays 50% of the MSRP pricing and shipping.
It will be owners’ option whether to replace their product with same valued different product or receive credit if the product is discontinued or no longer available when warranty is claimed.
1st year: Full amount of purchase (without tax)
2nd year & 3rd year 50% of purchase (without tax)
Purchase must be proved by the receipt issued by retailers.
Restrictions
Rods bought through a third party (parallel importers, unauthorized dealers, unauthorized online stores, gray market etc.) are voided for warranty submission. Any inquiry related should be forwarded to Major Craft America customer service.
All products are subject to only one time warranty.
*NANOACE rods purchased from The Hook Up are not eligible for warranty
